Now, you can lift and contour your face gently and without surgery in an outpatient setting. This concept is known as the liquid facelift. Hawaii patients of Oahu Plastic Surgery can undergo a liquid facelift that will restore lost volume, shape and texture to the face.
About Liquid Facelift
Over the years, your face begins to lose collagen, elastin and fat. This contributes to deflated, sagging facial features and an overall aged appearance. The loss of facial volume and elasticity also leads to the formation of wrinkles, creases, folds and hollows. I have extensive experience with advanced fillers, including Restylane®, Perlane®, Radiesse® and Sculptra®. Any of these can be artfully used to sculpt the face by replacing lost volume due to fat and bone loss. Botox® and Dysport, which are different kinds of facial injectables, may be used as well.
Undergoing Liquid Facelift at our Honolulu Practice
In some cases, our Hawaii liquid facelift patients may receive a combination of injectables in order to achieve the desired result. You may wish to diminish or correct drooping eyebrows, dark under-eye circles, sunken areas from under the eyes to the cheek, frown lines, flat cheeks, weak chin, jowls, jawline hollows, scars and facial wrinkles. These next-generation dermal fillers provide longer lasting and more natural results. All of the products used are FDA-approved.
Compared to facelift surgery, the liquid face lift method eliminates the need for anesthesia, surgery, stitches and scars. There’s no risk of infection, bleeding, or hematoma; it’s less expensive, more natural. Best of all, there’s no down-time whatsoever! As a board certified plastic surgeon and a member of the Liquid Facelift Association of America, I am highly qualified to offer all of the above injectable treatments to my patients.
